Meet our founder
Gerben — visionary entrepreneur & innovation strategist
With over 25 years of experience at the intersection of technology, business, and innovation, Gerben founded TechInnoVise to help organizations navigate complex challenges.
Gerben’s approach combines strategic thinking with practical execution. He can discuss energy strategy at board level and review technical system implementations the same day. Known for spotting long-term opportunities others miss, he helps organizations think bigger and act smarter.
Background
In 2019, Gerben joined Koolen Industries as CTO, later becoming CEO of multiple companies within the group, including SmartGrid and Koolen Industries Products Group – focusing on cleantech and the energy transition.
In late 2024, he founded TechInnoVise B.V., bringing together two decades of hands-on experience in technology, strategic leadership, and a strong belief in using technology to create meaningful impact.
